How much is the rent?
Our units range in price from $600 - $800.

How do I apply?
We have applications available after you come for a viewing.

What do you require?
Basic personal and contact info. References: personal, employer and previous landlord.

Do I have to sign a lease?
Yes. We have a 6 month lease.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A half month's rent plus $50 for the fob (keyless entry).

Can I stay for just one month?
We do not do short-term rentals.

What's included in the rent?
Water, electricity, heat and courtesy wireless Internet.

What about cable?
You can set up your own account with Shaw.

Are couples or roommates allowed?
Our units are single occupancy only.

Do any of your units come furnished?
They're empty except for the vanity sink and a bar fridge.

How many people share the washrooms?
We have 11 washrooms in total for fifty tenants.

What are the washrooms like?
Fair size with the usual vanity sink, toilet and stand-up shower.
All have locking doors for privacy.

Who cleans the washrooms?
The tenants are expected to tidy up after themselves.
Management takes care of the deep cleaning and sanitizing.

Is the building safe?
We have keyless entry and security cameras installed on every floor.
Units have a door with a deadbolt, smoke alarm and an overhead sprinkler.
The building manager lives on-site.

What about parking?
On the street (metered) or in a parkade.

Can I have a pet?
Sorry. No pets (and no visiting pets).

How much does it cost to do laundry?
$2.00 Wash. $1.50 Dry

Is there an elevator?
We're a four-storey walk-up. Cardio benefits come with the building.

Do you have extra on-site storage?
We squeezed every square inch into living space.
